Super Tots Our Super Tots program is for ages four and five and focuses on attention span and self-control. -
Children's Class Students have a chance for promotion and learn more about self-defense and control. -
Adult Classes A more disciplined focus on fitness, self-defense and learning the art of taekwondo.
Our Philosophy
At Auvenshine’s Taekwondo we believe that a taekwondo program should focus on developing the total person, not just kicking and punching. Our program includes discipline, character building, self-control, respect, self-esteem, attention-span, self-defense, weight control and fitness.
